Payment Policy

Booking Advance & Confirmation Deposit

• Airport Drops & Pickups: 0% advance required. Payment can be made directly to the driver at the end of the trip.
• Local City Rentals: 0% advance required. Payment can be made directly to the driver at the end of the trip.
• Outstation / Tour Packages: A booking confirmation deposit of **₹1,000 to ₹2,000** (depending on the route and vehicle class selected) is required to secure the reservation.
• Confirmed reservations are locked in once the advance payment transaction is verified.

Accepted Payment Methods

Bright Travel Mate supports flexible payment options. Transactions can be completed securely via:

• Cash: Payable directly to the driver.
• UPI Transfer: Instant digital transfers via Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM UPI.
• Net Banking / Bank Transfer: Direct NEFT/IMPS transfers to the company's verified bank account.

Billing & Invoices

• All transaction receipts and booking slips are issued digitally via email or WhatsApp messaging.
• Standard pricing excludes toll-road fees, state permits, parking rates, and service taxes (GST) unless explicitly indicated in the booking invoice.
• Any additional charges (e.g. extra distance, extra hours) incurred during the trip will be billed at the standard rate and must be settled prior to dropping off.
